"Espe" Was born in Colima Mexico, she grew up close to the Ocean, and always had a special connection with water and nature. Her parents encouraged the love for traveling and that is how she ended up in Hanover ON; after traveling around the world ( New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Tonga, Australia, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Italy & USA) her and her husband Marcel Dupuis, open the doors of "yoga barn" an eco friendly & boutique hot yoga studio located in beautiful Lake Rosalind since 2012.

This boutique yoga studio has been the best school Espe has attended, with 12+ yoga instructors working here, leading workshops,  international retreats, and local day retreats, offering yoga classes every day for the last 8 years and dealing with costumers every day make Espe a SENIOR YOGA INSTRUCTOR, and a perfect example of ENTREPRENEURSHIP. She studied with International recognized yoga teachers, and practiced multiple yoga disciplines since she was 17.

 " I WILL remain a student forever", but I know this vast experience can be shared with many instructors, Yoga changed my life, and it allowed me to continue to stay present, to enjoy and share what I have learned to "SHARE MY PASSION" is my job.
